Bulk Broadcast WhatsApp Messages; Key to Grow Your Business in 2025
In today’s fast-paced digital age, staying connected with your audience is more important than ever. WhatsApp, with its massive user base of over 3 billion active users, offers businesses a unique platform to engage effectively. Among its many powerful features, WhatsApp Broadcast Messages stand out as a game-changer for businesses looking to expand their reach and build strong customer relationships.
In this article, we’ll dive into what WhatsApp Broadcast Messages are, how to use them effectively, and the best practices for making the most of this incredible feature in 2025.
What Are WhatsApp Broadcast Messages?
WhatsApp Broadcast Messages allow businesses to send the same message to multiple recipients simultaneously, without creating a group. The messages appear as private, one-on-one chats, preserving the personal touch while saving time and effort.
Businesses can use broadcast messages to:
- Share important updates
- Announce new products or services
- Promote exclusive deals and offers
- Deliver event reminders or other essential information
Unlike traditional group messaging, recipients of a broadcast message cannot see each other, maintaining privacy and professionalism
Why Use WhatsApp Broadcast for Your Business?
WhatsApp Broadcast is an invaluable tool for:
- Building Customer Relationships: Stay top-of-mind by sharing regular, personalized updates.
- Improving Efficiency: Save time by reaching multiple contacts at once.
- Increasing Engagement: Use dynamic content like images, videos, and links to capture attention.
- Boosting Sales: Share targeted promotional campaigns to drive conversions.
As businesses compete for customer attention in 2025, WhatsApp Broadcast offers an edge with its direct and personal communication approach.
How to Set Up WhatsApp Broadcast Messages
Before you can schedule a broadcast, create a template and ensure your template is approved. With RightAway it is pretty simple. In RightAway Dashboard go to Apps > WhatsApp Template > Create WhatsApp Template

Now submit your template and check status in Template List. If your template is approved, you can proceed further.

Next you need a list of recipients for your broadcast. You can create multiple segments for shopify users (there are many filters amount spent, city wise, tag wise etc...) or you can also upload customer data in excel file.
Add the contacts you want to include in your broadcast.

Now we have a template and contacts list, go to Apps > Broadcast > Create Whatsapp Broadcast
Mention name of your brodcast
Choose template for broadcast that is already approved by meta.
Specify variables value, and choose media file or images if they are in your template
Select segment for your broadcast
Specify daily send limit, it should be less than max limit.
You can either send it right now or you can also schedule it for later. Choose one option.
Submit, and your message will be delivered individually to each recipient

Pro Tip: Use WhatsApp Business API tools for advanced features like automation, analytics, and segmentation.
